Quite disappointing when you've spent a considerable amount of time in the character editor. Not sure if the tool or my files are the issue, honestly. I also happened across a tool on GitHub for editing character data files outside the game, but any attempt to fix my files with it only made things worse. Searching this error produces just one relevant result that I could find-a GameFAQs forum post from 10 months ago that never got any answer. This happens with both classic PSO2 and NGS characters. I have to cancel out and get back in before saving anything is possible again. What's weird is, this error will occur after loading data even if I undo the changes. Instead, it'll go through the overview of changes and what passes are required, then give an error message:Īn error occurred in the appearance editing data. But if I load up saved creation data, the salon no longer allows me to exit. So basically, anytime I make changes to my character directly, they'll save fine. Already filed a bug report for this, but figured I'd drop in here as well to see if anyone else has encountered this issue.
